1. Our service is free
Affordable Insurances does not charge consumers for anything. Requesting quotes, being matched with agents, and contacting us are all free. Because we never take a payment from you, there is nothing for us to refund.
2. Insurance premiums and policy fees
If you buy a policy, you pay the insurance carrier or agent directly, not us. Cancellations, refunds of unused premium, and policy fees are handled by the carrier under the terms of your policy and the laws of your state. Contact your agent or carrier for help with a premium refund.
3. If someone charged you in our name
Affordable Insurances and our marketing partner Seekers Marketing will never ask you to pay us for quotes. If anyone charges you or asks for payment while claiming to represent us, do not pay, and contact us right away at info@affordableinsurances.online. We also recommend disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer.
4. Business partners
Any fees between us and agents, carriers, or marketing partners are governed by separate written agreements and are not covered by this consumer policy.
